Aviation Catering Consultants (ACC) can show a flight department how to reduce catering expenses in our “How to correctly order catering” course and make sure that you always get what you want and expect. ACC will prepare you for those international flights or passengers with our “International Etiquette and Customs” and “Cater for Later” programs that are necessary when traveling to obscure destinations. You will be taught what questions to ask during a phone interview or on a site visit to a potential caterer to assure that you use the best and safest option available in “Qualifying your catering source.”

One of our most popular courses is food handling. It is a major issue that involves every aspect of the aviation community. We offer job specific certification classes for Schedulers and Dispatchers, Line Service Technicians, FBO Customer Service Representatives and flight crews. You will learn how to maintain the safe flow of food from the source to the table to prevent any food borne illness resulting from in-flight catering. Upon completion, you will be a certified aviation food handler.
